We are the technology division of a not-for-profit health insurer in Australia that wants to deliver a whole-platform refresh across the company. We have 8 programs, 18 vendors and 350+ people to align.

Our Approach

In collaboration with the health insurer, ADAPTOVATE defined the strategy, architecture and roadmap and built internal capability:

  • Defined the strategy, architecture and roadmap
  • Co-designed the desired end-to-end customer experience with the executive team
  • Built internal capability for over 350 people
  • Established an Enterprise Architecture function across 8 programs and 18 vendors
  • Coached the team to meet aspirations of stability and the ability to deliver quickly by leveraging DevOps, Centres of Excellence and Chapter concepts
