Michal specializes in leading teams to make things happen in complex, often cross-cultural, settings. He combines multiple years of industry experience (banking, consumer goods, direct selling) with a consulting career at McKinsey&Company. He has strong international experience working and living in France, Poland and Russia, as well as delivering projects across Europe, Asia, the US. He is passionate about people and organizations and strongly believes in empowered teams as a pre-requisite to delivering successful business transformations​

  • ​Developed Agile CoE for a large bank in South-East Asia, including developing coach recruiting plan and support, building coach community based on level of competency (squad coaches vs tribe coaches vs portfolio coaches), designing coach coverage model across the organization ​
  • Led and coached a team of managers who delivered customer journey projects with focus on customer segmentation and value proposition, digital banking (including new app creation) and pricing for a leading global bank​
  • Acted as Head of Customer Strategy for global Retail Banking operations at Société Générale in Paris focused on customer journey transformation​
  • Delivered a multi-year business transformation for Avon in Russia (one of the biggest global business units, with over $1bn revenues)​
  • Led Post-Merger Integration effort for a large financial institution in Europe ​
  • Led commercial transformation for a global consumer company in South-East Asia​
  • Led Regional Recruiting function (Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as Emerging Markets) at McKinsey&Company, managing a team of 30+ Recruiters​
