With over 18 years experience managing digital and marketing teams in large corporations, Caitilin now focuses on helping executives, their teams and their departments deliver more value to their customers, faster.
Caitilin reinvigorates teams in start-ups and large corporations that are struggling to deliver the value that their customers demand. She uses Agile ways of working with cross-functional technology and business teams and conducts end-to-end design sprints to align these teams to deliver minimum viable products that can be tested by customers in the market. She has worked in competitive industries including finance, entertainment, education and consumer quantitative research.
Caitilin has experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross functional, cross company projects. She understands the importance of creating value for the customer at speed and consistently testing and learning to adapt the service or product offering.
Prior to ADAPTOVATE, Caitilin managed iconic heritage brands including ABC Commercial, Play School, ABC KIDS, Bananas in Pyjamas and Nickelodeon, across Digital and non Digital channels.
Regardless of the brand or client Caitilin always starts by asking “Who is our Customer?” and “What do they value?” and “How do we deliver an MVP to test it?”
As a Certified Scrum Master, Caitilin has an enthusiastic approach towards all aspects of working as part of a team towards a shared goal.
