Can you work with a team of senior executives one day, and a scrum team the next to help them all adopt the new agile ways of working?
We are looking for consultants who can help shape how organizations go on the journey to broad adoption of new agile ways of working.
You will need an open mind, be a good listener, be open to change, be data driven and bring experience working in or with Agile teams. The role involves working alongside client teams to help influence culture and design systems, processes and tools to support agile culture and values. You will need to be comfortable talking to and influencing business stakeholders while understanding the technical implications of customer requirements. A key part of this role is to bring a toolkit of ideas to support our clients to make fewer mistakes than they would have without us.
What we are looking for
Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience helping executives change their mindset
Would be favourable if you have been a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst, although we can train the right person
Good understanding of business challenges
Have coached and/or lead others
Experience in financial services, retail or telecommunications industries a plus
Exceptional communication skills required, especially in front of teams of people, training or leadership and coaching
There are multiple roles available across a range of experience levels, from junior Agile coaching roles to experienced Agile consultants.
Travel within Europe will be required at times. There are also opportunities for travel within Australia and Asia.
